Pineapple Dream Dessert - I made this dessert yesterday, and it's awesome! Regardless of how full you are, you'll definitely have room for this light, fluffy, slightly sweet dish. It really is the perfect balance, after a heavy meal. Very easy to whip up, I think it only has 6 ingredients? Oh, and you can change the fruit too. Maybe try strawberries, or peaches, or even mandarin oranges? Just give it a go, you'll love it...I know we sure did! YUM
"THE WORLD'S BEST" FLAN ~~~ just reading the ingredient list makes me think the title might have a chance at being legit. mexican grandmothers are really into using condensed milk and they are sooo right in that choice. my favorite bookmark for the past 5yrs is shared from, "daisy cooks" http://www.food.com/recipe/4-milk-mexican-flan-244292 i look forward to gaining a few pounds as i challenge up to this new pin. "olympic lifts" by diane fu: gee, this poster sure makes it all look so easy! if only it _were_ that easy... for me. in any case, i think this is a good reference or at least a cool poster to have around and look at when you'd otherwise be staring at a blank wall.
Lemon Chess Pie - this pie is perfect for those of you who love lemon, but don't like the somewhat "gluey" texture (or mile-high meringue) of a classic lemon meringue pie. This humble pie has no meringue to hide beneath; it's just lemon at its simple best
