Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits by Ina Garten. Came out very wet and sticky, maybe because I didn't use mixer. Couldn't knead and cut but made drop biscuit style. Flat but incredibly delicious! Used Tillamook sharp cheddar and a bit of asiago for zing.
