combine 2 ounces of blended Scotch, ¼ ounce of honey syrup (honey cut with an equal part of hot water, so it dissolves) and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir that all up until nice and cold, then strain into a cocktail glass. Top with two ounces of hard cider,
Tito Cubano: Recipe makes one cocktail 10 fresh mint leaves 2 Tblsp. white sugar 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 1 1/2 Tito's 1/2 cup club soda ice In a shaker, muddle mint leaves and sugar. Add lime juice, Tito's and a cup of ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass of ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
