~Pumpkin Angel Food Cake~ So easy to make and so yummy! In a large bowl, mix 1 c. canned pumpkin, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, prepare one-step angel food cake mix with water as directed on pkg. Gently fold 1/4 of the batter into pumpkin mixture. Fold in the remaining batter. Spoon into a tube pan. Bake on lowest rack of oven at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown. Immediately invert pan on a glass bottle and cool completely.
