Hawaiian Banana Bread:  In a food processor, whip up 3 or 4 ripe bananas, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs and 1 cup of shortening.  After mixed completely, add 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt & 2 1/2 cups of flour.  Mix well.  Add 1-2 cups of chopped nuts (optional).  Pour into 2 small (6-8 inch long) bread pans and bake for aprox 45 minutes.  Watch time, as pan size will increase or decrease time of baking.  You can also bake in a cake pan and cut into squares.
