The food at Lux Dag för Dag restaurant in Stockholm was so great I forgot to take photos of the starter AND the dessert. A thing that has never happened before... The starter was beautiful asparagus with Kalix löjrom (caviar from Kalix in the North of Sweden). Lovely and fresh! The main was perfectly cooked char a fresh water salmonid fish that I thoroughly enjoyed. The dessert was rhubarb compote with a Quenelle of ice cream.
