I like this set up for the desks in the classroom because none of the desks are side by side, allowing each student have their own personal space. When desks are side by side, or students share table space, it is much easier for bickering to occur over one's personal space. This way, students cannot put their objects on others desks. -Michael Hecht
Crate bench with storage bins for students' journals... Super simple to make and not very costly. Supplies: milk crates (got them for free from Kroger), zip ties, plywood board, foam, fabric and matching storage drawers (from Lowes)
The right storage makes any kid’s bedroom or playroom modern, cute and easy to organize. Pillowfort’s wooden crates are designed to stack, and write-on chalkboard labels show little ones exactly where their costumes, books and toys should end up after a day of play.
