Chicken Piccata | Skinnytaste Made for dinner tonight. Sauce tasted good, but I would prefer a thicker sauce. Thinking I will thicken w corn starch next time. I had a hard time getting the chicken cooked without burning it. Think I will just bread and bake in the oven next time. Will do again with some changes. ~Lynn
