Salmon Spread: 1 can salmon 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp horseradish 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 c finely chopped pecans 3 T dried parsley. Drain salmon & flake into bowl. Remove any skin/bones. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish & salt. Blend & chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mix into 8x2" log. Roll in pecan mix. Chill.
