So just a little accountability update on my 16 week challenge 12 of which we have (crazily) chosen to do booze free. Right now I am in week 10 of the body challenge and week 6 of the no booze challenge with 6 weeks left to go. And I have to say I am feeling pretty damn good. Spring time is here and summer is right around the corner which means lots of get-together's BBQ's and time at the beach. Day 29. what the...#!?%!? That's how crappy my workout felt tday! MANNN!  . I wanted to QUIT every single minute.  I was making crazy person faces in the mirror complaining in my head swearing out loud  and everything felt horrible! . Ever have one of those days? It's frrrrrrrustrating! . But I friggin' pushed through to the  END and I'll therefore I'll be going to bed #satisfied. . Not every day do you feel like a rockstar but every day you do it and do the best you can you will feel good…
