Kick dinner up a notch this week w/ Salmon Scamp & Rice! Season salmon w/ salt & pepper. Melt 1 tbsp Spread in skillet over medium-high heat & cook salmon, turning occasionally, until salmon flakes w/ a fork. Remove & set aside. Melt remaining 1 tbsp Spread in same skillet over medium-high heat & cook green beans & garlic, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ Herb & Butter in same skillet w/ package directions. Stir in parsley, lemon juice & salmon.
Easy Sesame Chicken. Good recipe-- next time I'd like to try putting less vinegar and adding orange juice and maybe ketchup to the sauce. Also, less ginger only because I'm not a huge ginger fan! Very quick to cook so give your rice about a 10 minute head start. :)
