Spicy Thai noodles.. Base: canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, Siracha hot sauce. Bring that to a simmer. Add a dollop of peanut butter when that gets hot. Stir until consistent. Add red pepper flakes, cumin, garlic, and garlic salt. Sauce = completed. Then sautée zucchini, onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, any garden veggies. Boil the noodles and when finished, toss it all in together with some shredded carrots and green onions to top!
