Okay, so I wanted to lose 5 pounds quick, so I looked it up and on Google and this came up. So I did everything it said and it actually worked! So I kept going and lost about 10 pounds just in 2 and a half weeks of dieting. I added in working out last week and now I've lost 15 pounds (and counting!). So start with this, and then keep going! Just don't give up!! It takes a while to see the changes, but its so worth it! ~Kennedy

Lay potatoes and green beans along side of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper (optional). Sprinkle Italian seasoning over everything. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
