2 chicken breasts 1 cans cream of chicken soup 1 envelopes of chicken gravy mix hot steamed rice Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for hours. Before serving break the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Serve over hot steamed rice.
Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup | Skinnytaste. Just made this. Delicious. Added an envelope of taco seasoning. Kind of ruined it by trying to shred my grilled chicken in my new food processor, so consistency isn't the best. Made it all stovetop.
