Time Life, "Food of Italy" food of the world cookbook.  I have both the ring binder and the full hardcover.  This was published in 1968. I bought my copies second hand in Dunedin in the late '80's.  I never have a party without the marinated mushrooms.  I now have more authentic Italian cookbooks but I still use this all the time.
