Cali-Style White Bean Bruschetta  1 can white beans, drained & washed  1 avocado, cubed  Handful of fresh basil, chopped  1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2's or 1/4's  Olive oil  Balsamic vinegar  Sea salt and black pepper    Stir all together and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Taste, and season with salt as necessary. Toast bread and pile it on.
