Phase1: Chicken Sausage with Brown Rice Fusilli. This has been my favorite meal so far, and my family loved every bite.

Sausage balls-     Ingredients    1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, uncooked    2 cups of Bisquick baking mix    3 cups sharp chedder cheese shredded  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.    Mix all three of the above together and then roll into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
