GF + Vegan cornbread. I didn't have canned corn, so I subbed in 1 cup almond flour, I used sugar (not quite as much as called for, & no Stevia - yikes), & a little extra applesauce. Dense, but good! It didn't need to bake quite as long as called for in the recipe, and it wasn't terribly crumbly.
