Roasted sugar snap peas. Gently toss in olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper. Add minced garlic or garlic powder. Place in single layer on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Roast at 450F for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp but lightly browned.
Yellow Squash Casserole: 2 pounds of yellow squash (about 4 cups) ½ large onion, chopped 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (about 35 crackers) 1 cup cheddar cheese 2 eggs ¾ cups milk ½ cup butter, melted salt and pepper, to taste
