Chocolate pudding cake. I have made this more times than I can count. Sublime! Don't let the "pour hot water over the batter" method freak you out...make exactly as directed & you will end up with a dessert that has a slightly crunchy sugared top, a spongy, moist cake & a gooey pudding layer underneath. It's easy to assemble & oh so delicious served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
