This star trail image is a composite of about 45 images shot at 30-seconds exposures and stacked on top of each other. On to the next park ! Waterfall selfie. Being a photographer you are sometimes behind the scenes...at a camera's distance...from the experience. I loved photographing this waterfall (Abrams Falls in Cade's Cove) but I also wanted to feel the spray of water on my face and hear the crazy roar of the falls in my ears. Another Wide World photographer, Robert Kradin who made this shot, said Nesensohn "led" the Irish marchers for almost a whole block before being lured away by an unusual opportunity to snap a good crowd picture.
