melt of harry potter. add 2 cups of scrapbook papers together with sad music in any quantity. mix with litterature classics, rugbys and a lot of running. top with bj ice cream. hopefully tast of some good humour, philosophy, save the world and normality
This reminded me of the exercise we did in Positive Psychology. We were to respond to everyone that asked us, "how are you?" with "Happy!". This usually caught people off guard but with a very pleasant response. Try it :) It will light up their day!
