PM Stephen Harper waits until now July 24/15 to call Senate appts moratorium. The Reform Cons want to keep Senate talk out of the campaign but don't want their staunchest Reform supporters to think they've given up. With Duffy & Wright in court soon, this will not make anyone forget how Harper failed his campaign pledge especially when he won't even meet with the provinces to discuss reform. Too many promises never kept. Harper is a failure on too many fronts. Just not ready I guess!
