We took a classic favorite, Mom’s Chili Mac, and made it right for today. We started with ground turkey, and made the dish gluten-free by using Simply Balanced Gluten Free Spaghetti; check the labels of the other ingredients to make sure they indicate gluten-free as well. But is it convenient? We developed the recipe to cook, start-to-finish, in one pot in just 30 minutes. Uh-huh. And it's just-how-you-like-it spicy-saucy, thanks to chili powder, tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese.
