We had some people over a while back, so it was the perfect opportunity to finally make these cute little bites! I had never made soft pretzels before, but I do have deliciously wonderful memories of them. Back in my poor, single years (as opposed to my current poor, married years, ha), I was a waitron at Timberwolves games.
Thumbs up! These were fast and easy to make. Make sure you buy marinara sauce to dip them in. If not, they will seem a bit dry. Pepperoni Cheese Stick Roll-ups, made them without the garlic coating on top... I thought it was just as delicious!!!
Here's the recipe if anyone is interested. Ingredients: 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 ct) 60 pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit) Block of cheese (Colby/Monterrey Jack or Cheddar) 1 beaten egg Parmesan Cheese Italian Seasoning Garlic Powder 1 jar pizza sauce But I don't know how you actually cook it, they didn't say that part :(
