You replace the pumpkin with shredded carrot, and you replace all the spices (except salt) with masala. I just Googled "masala spice substitute" and used a combination of cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, ground cloves, and sweet paprika. Then I baked at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or so (ignore the dehydration bit unless you get a dehydrator soon)
