On September 28, 2012 U.S. President Barack Obama issued a presidential memorandum which completely gutted former President Bush’s Child Soldiers Prevention Act of 2008(CSPA or CSAA, the name was changed to Child soldiers Accountability Act prior to finalization), a Bill which made it a federal crime to recruit or use soldiers under the age of 15 and a measure which forbade our government from selling weaponry and providing financial assistance to countries who enslave child soldiers.
