How to cook Dry beans: add 1 T apple cider vinegar per cup of dry beans & soak at least 24 hrs. rinse beans and refill pot with beans water & 1t baking soda, bring to a boil for a few minutes to bring out all the bubbles. scrape off bubbles. rinse and cook (i'm doing crock pot 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low) with beans
