Chen Mei(陈枚) , 雍正四年(1726)供奉内廷,赏内务府掌仪司员外郎衔。其画传统功力较深,受宫廷画派影响并参用西法,能于寸纸尺缣图群山万壑,所作以放大镜照之,峰峦林木、屋宇桥梁、往来人物皆色色俱备,用笔之妙可与巨幅同。画迹有乾隆元年(1736)与孙祐、金昆、戴洪、程志道等五人同绘《清明上河图》卷,五年与丁云鹏、孙祐等六人合作《庆丰图》卷,九年又合作《丹台春晓图》卷,皆著录于《石渠宝笈》。
