Ditch the scale for 30 days minimum Eat clean for 6 days straight & have a cheat meal on day 7 (80/20 rule) Move intentionally for 30 minutes daily Lift some heavy stuff while moving Get some sleep Rinse & Repeat....  you'll get the results....if you follow this.  Want more specific moves and clean eating ideas?  Let me know
