I've had the idea that, with it's intensity, Welcome to the Black Parade would make a great spin album. So here it is. Depending on your fitness level, play with the jump times. To keep my HR down I only do two 10 second intervals at a low resistance on the jumps. For me this is a very low resistance spin. Do with it what you will, let me know what changes you make or how you like it....the playlist is on GrooveShark....not a kid friendly song list...
