The Protégé (Christian Gillette, #2) I loved the overall plot, but felt that the inclusion of the mafia added little to the story. There were many facets added throughout, and many characters of each facet. It made for confusing reading at times. 7.5/10

The Rook by Daniel O'Malley; Such a funny, thrilling, and fastpaced novel. I loved this book so much, it was so much fun discovering the story unfold along with the protaganist (who has amnesia). Would recommend this book to everyone who isn't anti fun and mild elements of fantasy.
