Journey to the Far Side of the Sun . #DoppelgAnger (ä) is a 1969 British science fiction film directed by Robert Parrish. The film was released in the US as Journey to the Far Side of the Sun, a title by which it is now better known. The crew of a spacecraft journey to a previously unknown planet on the far side of the Sun, only to seemingly find themselves returning back to the Earth. The storyline is similar to an hour-long episode of the Twilight Zone entitled, "The Parallel".

THE THING FROM ANOTHER WORLD  (1951) HOWARD HAWKS Scientist at an Arctic research station discover a spacecraft buried in the ice. Upon closer examination, they discover the frozen pilot. All hell breaks loose when they take him back to their station and he is accidentally thawed out! Though James Arness played the title creature, it was stuntman Tom Steele who doubled for him in the film's memorable fire scene.
