One of the dining halls at my university is well known for their delicious weekly buffalo chicken wraps. Its become an event we call Buffalo Chicken Wednesday. Im a vegetarian, so I would ask for everything but the chicken and order a veggie burger to put in instead. They must have caught on to this because they started offering buffalo tofu wraps along with the chicken. Heres my recipe for wraps that I make at home. Enjoy!
Yeast Free Pizza Dough 2 c. flour 1 t. salt 2 t. baking powder 2/3 c. water 1/4 c. vegetable oil *I added some garlic salt to the crust mixture, to give it some extra flavor* Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water. Knead on floured counter just until workable and spreadable, about 2 minutes. Put on pizza pan or stone, with fingers spread vegetable oil on crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 min.
