This would be awesome but I would change it to fit my day. Like every time the kids want to eat do 20 jumping jacks (after you feed them) and then maybe I won't be tempted to eat with them. Or everytime I think about food do 5 sit ups.... hmmm... might be on to something here!!!
Qigong is a simple exercise and easy to learn. It requires little physical exertion and is composed of few movements. It does not require concentration and thus be practised while watching television, listening to the music, talking to others.
