Strawberry Raspberry Tart! Food process: 2 c pre-soaked dried figs, 2 c pre-soaked pitted dates, 2 T carob powder. Flatten this base into cheesecake pan. Raspberry frosting: Blend 2 c raspberries and 1 c hemp seeds or cashews and few pinches cinnamon. Set aside and chill. Layer 2 c sliced (longways) strawberries onto base. Layer on raspberry frosting. Freeze 2-3 hours to set. Top with whole raspberries and serve.
