Recipe: Nesco Chili (for 18 quart roaster oven) - Recipelink.com I made this recipe. It is very bland without a lot of doctoring but it is a good base. I added 2 cans of diced tomatoes, a bunch of salt, garlic powder, more chili powder, some cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and a bunch of italian seasonings. I also added cumin. It now has a warm heat to it but nothing overwhelming - take it from me - I'm a wimp when it comes to heat.
