DIY floating canopy pool shade: 2' long 4" PVC pipe capped on the bottom and with a connector on the top just to eliminate the rough edges...slip canopy legs in and open it up while in the pool. Tie canopy strings to pool edge to keep it from floating around. We also tied pool noodles in a knot around the top of the pipe, just under the edge of the connector. Viola! Pool shade! More
