Agua De Jamaica, or hibiscus tea, is a traditional Mexican drink, full of antioxidants and vitamin c. We went shopping at our little local grocery store a few days ago, and I was thrilled to find hibiscus flowers in the Mexican section!

Sparkling Pear & Cranberry Cocktail: Put cranberries in a small bowl; add two tbs of warm water. Drain, pat dry & refrigerate until serving. Divide pear nectar among 8 tall champagne glasses. Add cranberries and then pour champagne.
