Cauliflower Crust Pizza:  this recipe is for Stage 3 of Candida Diet.... whenever i get there!  Substitute chicken for canadian bacon as it should be avoided w candida.  Also make sure you use fresh or no sugar added pineapple (this fruit should be used very sparingly in this recipe!!!)

My favorite pizza sauce:  1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste  6 fluid ounces warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)  3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  3/4 teaspoon onion powder  1/4 teaspoon dried oregano  1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram  1/4 teaspoon dried basil  1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper  salt to taste. Combine all ingredients and let sit for 30 min.
