I sure wish I knew someone with the connections to get me into the most exclusive club, Club 33 at Disneyland. Walt had this restaurant/club built so that he could entertain his personal guests in privacy. You must belong to Club 33, or be a guest with the member to be able dine there. There is an annual membership fee (quite pricey I imagine) and with a finite number of memberships so of course there is a waiting list to join the club.
Disney's Grand Floridian's Grand Suite. With a giant-sized living, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, its balconies (there are five of them!) have various views of the Magic Kingdom, Seven Seas Lagoon, and the Wishes fireworks show.
