Easy Buttercream Frosting Recipe 1/2 c butter, softened 4 1/2 c confectioners’ sugar 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract 5 Tblsp 2% milk Cream butter until light and fluffy, beat in sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat on HIGH for 2-3 min to make fluffy! Keeps in freezer for up to 3 months.. YUM! Options: Cut sugar to 3 c & use evaporated milk instead of 2% = much creamer. For chocolate, add 3+ Tblsp Hershey Powder Cocoa. Cream cheese icing add 4oz of cream cheese.
