Gwen's easy bread recipe (Link below) ...and then divided it into three parts and rolled it out. I spread soft butter, THM brown sugar, and cinnamon on them and rolled it up. I cut with pizza cutter and put in pans. Then I let it rise for approx. 30 min. (won't rise very much) and bake for approx. 15-20 min. Don't over-bake! Let cool and then frost. I will post recipe for frosting below in comments.
