Wow, this looks amazing! Grilled peaches wrapped in bacon. I am doing this tonight, but I will use our Heirloom Hot Sauce American Persimmon instead of the balsamic: acidity and a little kick. Should pair beautifully!
Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower "Wings" - did these on a cookie sheet and the sauce got too spread out. It didn't coat the cauliflower and burnt in the corners. If I did the final 10 minutes in a smaller dish, it would have been great.
