OK this is it. The best French Vinaigrette I've made and I think everything has to do with letting the shallots sit in the vingar for 10 minutes and pickle a little bit. With Arbequina olive oil. Damn. I made this to use instead of Brianna's in my sister's brown rice salad. Officially in love with the brown rice our new "Tiger" rice cooker makes.
