the king of Alalah - Alalakh (Hittite: Alalaḫ) was an ancient city-state, a late Bronze Age capital in the Amuq River valley of Turkey's Hatay Province. The city contained palaces, temples, private houses and fortifications. Alalakh was founded by
Utu, Sumerian Sun god of the Sun and Justice. Depicted with rays of light or fire emitting from his shoulders and a saw-sword. The mount on which he rests his foot is the mythical Mt. Mashu, which in Egyptian translates "behold! The Sun".
