This easy birthday cake idea is perfect for a construction-themed party, and the toys double as a gift!
What you need:
• Two-layer chocolate cake
• Chocolate frosting
• Crushed OREO cookies
• Mini construction vehicle toy
Instructions:
• Frost the two-layer cake with chocolate frosting.
• Cut a chunk out of the cake and fill the hole with crushed OREO cookies.
• Add a few more piles of crushed OREOs on top of and around the cake to look like dirt.
• Add a few construction vehicle toys "working" in the dirt to complete the theme.
