Here it is, my secret cream cheese frosting recipe. Secret no longer I guess ;)   2 packages cream cheese 2 sticks of butter 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste     (If you don't have that sub with 1tsp vanilla) 5 cups sifted powdered sugar  Make sure everything is room temperature. Blend cream cheese butter and sour cream before adding the vanilla and sugar. Mix well.   This is my standard frosting for carrot cake, red velvet, and strawberry cake.  Enjoy-Joanna

Champagne cupcakes: use white cake mix and sub your choice of champagne or wine for the water. Follow directions for cream filling and dye pre-made icing desired color. Voila!
