Amazing dog recovery. UPDATE : I found an article about Joseph after a year of recovery he was officially adopted by his foster family and he is living with his 3 adopted German Shepherd sisters. His former owner was sentenced to 5 days in jail and fined $3000 to help cover the vet bills. If it was up to me,Joseph's owner would have been tied to a tree and left there for a couple years. Joseph is happy, friendly and full of love. He's up to 90lbs. God bless him and his new family.
