SPICED CRANBERRY SYRUP

• 10 cloves
• 10 all spice berries
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 whole nutmeg (or 2 tsp ground nutmeg)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
3/4 cup cranberries
Toast spices on medium in a pot for 2 minutes. Add sugar and water and stir. Bring to a boil and add cranberries and turn to medium low. Simmer for about 15mins a until cranberries pop and release their color & juice. CoolZ Strain & store in the fr
